All metal parts are glass bead blasted to remove any residue.

Lapping & Polishing

We lap all faces and polish o-ring surfaces to ensure that each element preforms to its maximum potential.

Flat Lapping

We lap each face with a diamond slurry to make sure that they are flat within 2-3 helium light band.

Each face that we use is double checked for proper flatness before installation.

All our seals are assembled in a clean room to keep contaminates out during assembly.
